Nellie’s Eggs at the Rox | At the Rox Diner in Roslindale MA, owners John Fortin and Paul Louderback are committed to serving locally produced, sustainable, all-natural foods. So, they serve our Nellie's Nest Cage Free eggs.
“While cage-free eggs are a little more expensive, we always try to look at the actual cost and its relation to the value it brings to our customers," Fortin explains, "We were thrilled to find Nellie's Nest and are proud to be doing business with them.”
John and Paul also use sustainable business practices that reflect responsible environmental ethics and contribute to a healthier planet. They recycle their cooking oil with a local company that converts it into biofuel and then donates part of the profits to local education. They recycle their waste and are hoping incorporate composting into their recycling.
We’re just as proud to be associated with the Rox.
